About EVENTODIT
EVENTODIT is an event planning and practice library for event planners and practitioners, with guides, case studies, templates, event and industry news, and Korean tender and vendor searches.
EVENTODIT’s Korean name is 이벤토딧. From setting an event’s direction to on-site operations and closeout, EVENTODIT brings together resources to help the responsible person make decisions and prepare the work. We distinguish facts supported by public sources from Korea and other countries from the editorial team’s suggestions for applying them.
Start with your current task
On the home page, choose before, during or after the event, then select your work from 12 stages and 78 tasks. Review what to check now and the linked guides. The cross-cutting work tab covers safety, accessibility, budgets, rights, personal data, supplier management and change management.

Find vendors and apply for a listing
On the Korean vendor pages, search published businesses by service, event type and operating region, then view the services and equipment they have listed. You can also search by company name, service, equipment manufacturer and model.
Businesses can submit a listing application for administrator review before publication. Published details do not guarantee equipment ownership, availability on a particular date or service quality. Online quote requests are not yet available.
