Editorial policy

Separate verified facts from conditions for applying them.

Editorial responsibility and production

The EVENTODIT Editorial Team prepares the case studies, guides and templates for event professionals. EVENTODIT is responsible for the editorial work. We use AI and automation to support research, drafting, diagrams and publication, and publish the evidence and conditions used in each article.

Author credits identify the party responsible for production. We describe reporting, product testing or external expert review only when it actually took place. We do not add fictional careers or qualifications.

Facts and sources

We prioritise official material from organisers and public bodies. Announced plans, completed events and later results are distinguished by date. Public-source analysis is not described as attendance or reporting from the venue. Unpublished budgets, staffing, procedures and results are not filled with estimates.

The role of each resource

Event dates, registration and attendance guidance belong in Event News; industry research, policy, market and business changes belong in Industry News.

Articles explain events and the people involved. Guides describe what the responsible person needs to do and how to tell when the task is complete. Templates provide fields and worked examples. News leads with who announced or changed what. Case studies describe the event and the documented response before offering practical interpretation.

Clear, natural writing

We write news as reporting and guides as instructions for action. We name the person and the action instead of stacking abstract terms or repeating form labels. Necessary technical terms are explained when first used. General limits of the evidence are gathered at the end; conditions that affect safety, legal or technical decisions stay beside the relevant explanation.

Three checks before publication

We check facts, figures and conditions against their sources; edit both languages for clear subjects, actions and readable sentences; and check whether the reader can understand the next task and complete the linked template. An editorial review date does not guarantee that every external condition is still current or that readers have tested the material.

Images and diagrams

Event News helps planning and operations teams and business participants distinguish schedules, registration conditions and preparation tasks. We prioritise official artwork and posters for the featured event, name the provider or photographer and link to the original source. Posters retain their full proportions so key details remain visible. For other photographs, we verify republication rights and credits. Operational diagrams do not replace approved drawings or statutory safety reviews. English articles use translated, readable diagrams rather than reproducing Korean text inside an image.

External review and application records

Editorial review is separate from external expert review. When an external review is completed, we identify the reviewer, specialism, scope, date and remaining limits. We do not mark review complete before it has occurred.

Real application records compare the original document, omissions found, conditions changed, subsequent results and supporting evidence. We obtain consent for publication and redact personal information and confidential contract amounts. Fictional examples are not counted as results.

Criteria to check before publishing real vendor profiles

Businesses may apply for review on the Korean vendor page; applications are not published automatically. Online quote requests are not yet available.

These are criteria for reviewing a real-vendor application. Approval is not a guarantee that every claim has been independently verified.

Business identity and authorised contact
Check evidence identifying the business and confirm that its contact person is authorised to provide information and permit its publication.
Service categories and equipment evidence
Check the basis for service and equipment claims, including models, quantities and whether equipment is owned or sourced, within the scope supported by the available evidence.
Scope and date of each check
Distinguish the source, scope and date of each check, the operating region and service limits, and information that remains unconfirmed.

Identity or evidence checks would not guarantee service quality, safety, availability or a transaction outcome. Before commissioning work, the parties would still need to confirm current conditions and responsibilities.

Advertising and editorial selection

If paid placement is introduced, the paid relationship should be clearly labelled as advertising or sponsorship where it appears and kept separate from editorial selection.

Comment on the publication criteria · Business enquiries

These contact routes receive feedback and enquiries. Vendor applications are submitted separately through the Korean vendor page; quote requests are not yet available.

Usage measurement and privacy

We aggregate daily counts of searches, resource opens, template downloads and copied links. A work preference is saved only in this browser when you select Save, and can be cleared here. The browser stores the last visit date to count return visits on different days without sending a visitor identifier to the server. This measurement does not store search terms, visitor identifiers or IP addresses. Links with predefined channel and campaign codes add only aggregate entry counts by public resource path. Arbitrary URL parameters and individual tracking codes are not stored. Counts do not represent completed tasks or unique users. We respect DNT and GPC privacy preferences.

Messages and optional reply addresses are stored in a private editorial inbox and are not published. They are used for replies and fact-checking. Vendor application contact names, email addresses and optional phone numbers are kept private for application review and follow-up. With publication consent, the business name, service categories, operating regions, introduction, and any event types, MICE classifications and equipment manufacturers, models and quantities supplied by the applicant may be published following administrator review. Application information is retained until a deletion request or administrator deletion; request deletion through the contact page. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential contract details.
