An expo across the seasons
The venue is the former Kamiseya Communications Station site in Yokohama. On October 21, the Association reported 2,899,344 tickets sold as of October 18. Multi-visit passes count as one ticket, so this sales figure is separate from actual attendance or reservations for a particular day.
Check whether the ticket already has a visit time
Undated tickets require an official account and a date-and-time reservation. Choose a time during electronic-ticket purchase or link a reservation to an existing ticket. Convenience-store tickets issued with a specified visit time and QR code are already reserved. Official guidance allows later entry on the same reserved day.
Make separate shuttle and parking reservations
Shuttles from four nearby stations and parking require separate time-slot reservations. Check the chosen station, meeting time, return trip and QR code for the shuttle. Parking can be used from the reserved entry time.
Check payment dates for provisional transport bookings
Shuttle bookings at least 181 days ahead and parking bookings at least 46 days ahead are provisional. Payment opens 180 and 45 days before use respectively. Missing the shuttle payment deadline cancels the provisional booking, so check the notification email and reservation status.
Give your group one shared itinerary
Corporate and group-visit coordinators can list ticket quantities, visit times and shuttle meeting or parking-entry times together. Check admission and transport separately after changing plans. As preparations come together, choose exhibitions and questions of interest to enrich conversations at the expo.
