BTC runs for four days and BTB meetings for three

The public BTC area runs from November 19 to 22. The BTB business area operates from November 19 to 21, 10 am to 6 pm. Schedule business appointments within those three days and allow time to explore the public exhibition as well.

Check individual email addresses before BTB payment

BTB visitor preregistration closes on November 15 and costs KRW 200,000 including VAT. You can add companions and buy several passes together, but each participant needs a different email address for the business-matching account. Collect the actual meeting participants’ names and individual emails before payment.

Confirm accounts and share the meeting plan

Business matching operates in English, and registration information cannot be changed after a pass is purchased. Even when an agency registers the team, check that each person receives an account. Ask the secretariat about changes of representative, then share appointment times and introduction materials across the team.

Plan a public visit with BTC ticket information

The BTB registration fee applies to the business pass and is separate from general admission. Visitors coming to enjoy games should consult the official BTC guidance for tickets and daily hours. Choose priority exhibitors, booths and breaks in advance to make the day more enjoyable.
