Bring exhibition visits and industry conversations together

Travel-industry participants can meet suppliers from many destinations and explore the conference programme. General visitor tickets are paid from the opening of registration this year. The free Buyer Programme has a separate assessment of qualifications such as purchasing authority. Choose the registration route that fits your role. The official FAQ says children under 16 are not admitted to exhibition halls.

Check account access when planning meetings

WTM Connect Me is available to exhibitors, vetted buyers, media and Trade Plus participants. Standard Trade visitors should review upgrade conditions. Register each colleague with their own email address and check badge categories, meeting invitations and confirmations in advance.

Print your badge before departure

Admission requires advance online booking, and there is no on-site badge-printing service. Print the badge sent by email before arrival. If information needs changing or a badge has not arrived, contact Customer Services with your registration details. Teams can check that every colleague has received and printed their own badge.

Plan exhibitions and meetings around opening hours

Local opening hours are 9:30am–6pm on November 3–4 and 9:30am–5pm on November 5. Shortlist companies and sessions, leaving time to move between them. Check ticket and upgrade prices and programme conditions on the purchase page before finalising your schedule.
