When to use it
Use when scheduling or replacing sponsored assets for live streams, replays or short promotional videos.
Policy, local disclosure and rights require separate evidence. Rehearsal completion or a paid-promotion setting does not clear an asset.

When to use it
Start on receipt of sponsored media and finish before scheduling; recheck file or publication-scope changes.
What to have ready
- Sponsorship contract and asset/version list
- Channels and live, replay, Shorts and advertising-use scope
- Account-setting evidence and policy/disclosure review replies
- Rights agreements for performers, music, photos and logos, and final cues
Assign each file an ID and version and specify its channel and publication type.
Link separate evidence for policy, platform declaration, local disclosure and usage rights.
Connect only files approved by the publication lead to the cue sheet and playback list.
Do not carry approval to a replacement file. Record rechecks, alternative sequence and playback results.
