The exhibition runs for three days and export meetings for two

Hosted by KEPCO, the expo plans exhibitions, conferences and a startup investment programme. KOTRA-linked export meetings take place on November 4 and 5 in third-floor rooms C308–C309, with about 20 meeting spaces. Companies and buyers meet one to one in scheduled 50-minute appointments, so plan the exhibition and meetings together.

Prepare your conversation from the allocation

Company recruitment was listed to close on October 16, matching by October 23 and appointment allocation was scheduled for October 28. Applicants can check the timetable and buyer information they received and prepare product introductions, export terms and questions. Ask the secretariat about additional matching or changes.

Preregister as an individual visitor by November 2

Individual visitor preregistration is free until 6 pm on November 2, and on-site admission costs KRW 5,000. The listed email-registration deadline for groups of at least 20 was 6 pm on October 30 and has passed. Ask the secretariat about available arrangements for a later group visit. General admission and matched export meetings use separate processes.

Balance appointments, booth visits and talks

Assign separate booth and meeting staff where needed so both activities receive attention. Visitors can choose technologies to compare and talks to attend before setting a route. Conferences marked as paid require on-site payment, so check the conditions for sessions of interest.
