Choose business days or public days
November 11 and 12 are business days for buyers, industry professionals and prospective entrepreneurs, with proof of an industry-related visit required. Minors and preschool children cannot enter on these days even with a guardian. General visitors can attend the public days on November 13 and 14.
Match tickets to your visit dates and companions
Third-stage early-bird prices through October 31 are KRW 20,000 for one day and KRW 40,000 for all days. Advance prices from November 1 to 8 are KRW 22,000 and KRW 44,000 respectively. Companions also need separate registration and tickets, so agree on numbers and dates first.
Allow time to collect your badge
Advance-ticket holders must also complete identity checks and collect a badge at the Hall B ticket exchange on COEX’s first floor. The official FAQ lists alternatives to business cards for business-day proof, including photographs of employee badges. Include badge collection and walking time when planning arrival for a meeting.
Plan for the final day’s 4 pm finish
Opening hours are 10 am to 6 pm on November 11–13 and 10 am to 4 pm on November 14. Admission closes 30 minutes before the show ends, and World Coffee Forum requires a separate ticket. Exhibitors can plan meeting goals and demonstration staffing; visitors can choose equipment to compare and coffees to discover.
