The expo was announced for October 26–28 in the event hall at Busan Port International Exhibition and Convention Center, BPEX. The World Maritime Day event was scheduled for October 26–27, followed by Korea Maritime Week on October 28–29. All these dates have passed as of October 31; earlier registration guidance should not be treated as an open application now.

Announced exhibition areas covered smart autonomous navigation, green mobility and carbon neutrality, and maritime safety with AI disaster response. The business area planned export consultations with domestic and international buyers and technology briefings. Companies can use official materials to identify technologies and collaboration questions for follow-up.

Public experiences and the earlier free-admission arrangements

The official website introduced ship-handling simulations, lifesaving-equipment education and maritime VR, with linked activities at North Port Waterfront Park separate from the indoor venue. The visitor guidance offered free advance and on-site registration: preregistered visitors collected a badge, while on-site visitors completed a form at the desk. Group applications were for at least 20 people.
