Decide how you will use an item before choosing it

The pace of your visit will depend on whether you want to browse the work, buy everyday items or discuss business. If you are choosing a gift, think about how the recipient will use it. If you are looking for event accessories, note the quantities you need and your delivery timing to make conversations with sellers easier. Ask about storage for tea and food, and about cleaning, transport and packaging for craft items.

Register by 18:00 on 23 November for free admission

Visitors who register in advance and invitation holders can enter free of charge. On-site registration costs KRW 5,000 for visitors aged 14 and over. Advance registration for the Busan edition closes at 18:00 on Monday 23 November. Make sure you choose the option for the 2026 Busan (second-half) Tea & Craft Fair on the registration screen. Registration for another location or an earlier edition does not register you for this event.

Your admission QR code arrives by KakaoTalk on 25 November

According to the organiser’s notification schedule, QR codes for this Busan fair will be sent on 25 November. Check the KakaoTalk notification on the mobile phone you registered and show the QR code at the entrance. Marketing consent on the application form is optional, but opting out excludes you from free invitation distribution and prize draws. If your phone number has changed, correct it before you set out.

Plan your visiting time and parking in advance

The venue is BEXCO Exhibition Center 1. Visiting hours are 10:00–18:00, with admission closing at 17:30. If you plan to arrive late in the afternoon, decide which items you want to see and arrive before admission closes. The organiser states that no parking support or discounts are provided, so budget for parking as well as purchases, and check BEXCO’s transport information for the day of your visit.
