The event is organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), in collaboration with the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS). The organisers have set out five themes: technology, geoeconomics, capital, talent and policy. AI and financial security, changing trade and capital flows, and discussions about talent and policy will feature across the exhibition and stages. The programme also includes Founders Peak, where founders share their experiences, Investor Hours, connecting investors and founders, and international pavilions.

The main pass types listed in the official registration guidance are as follows. Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD), excluding tax.

Choose Delegate if you want access to every stage, or MeetUp if you want to focus on meetings and the exhibition within your budget. A free Trade Visitor pass is also available, subject to organiser verification, but it does not provide access to the full conference. Admission is for registered business visitors and professionals aged 16 or older.

SFF MeetUp is a programme of 15-minute one-to-one meetings. Meetings are booked when both participants bookmark each other and are available at the same time. The booking deadline is 3 p.m. on November 6, Singapore local time, and final meeting matches will be announced on November 9. Choose the companies or people you want to meet in advance, and prepare a short introduction and a few focused questions to make the most of your time. MeetUp access is not automatically included with the free Trade Visitor pass, so check the relevant pass separately if meetings are your main purpose.

The main festival takes place from November 18 to 20 in Singapore EXPO Halls 1–6 and Foyer 1 Level 2, at 1 Expo Drive. Before that, the invitation-focused Insights2040 Annual Meetings will take place on November 16–17 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. General exhibition admission or a Delegate pass should not be assumed to include these earlier meetings; check the invitation requirements and eligible pass types in the separate guidance.

Paid-pass registration is complete only after full payment and receipt of a confirmation email. Free passes are also subject to organiser review. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. To transfer a pass to a colleague, you must contact the secretariat at least two weeks before the event begins and obtain approval. Passes are issued to individuals and cannot be shared. When collecting your badge, bring the QR code and confirmation ID from your confirmation email, together with identification.

Exhibition entry hours also depend on your pass. Delegate and Startup pass holders may enter from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day, while Trade Visitor and MeetUp pass holders may enter from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All times are Singapore local time. Hours may change, so check the official FAQ again before setting out.
