Check which programmes your pass includes

Startup Pass includes mentoring, Investor Office Hours and founder-only programmes. Investor Pass includes Investor Day on November 17. Day 0, the day before the main event, is for holders of the relevant pass types, so check the registration guidance to see which programmes your pass allows you to attend.

Check availability before making plans

As shown on the official website on November 1, Startup, Thursday and Ecosystem passes are sold out. A purchase button is displayed for Investor Pass. All prices are in euros and include 13.5% VAT.

Investor Pass is for individuals and institutions investing in high-growth technology startups or venture capital funds. You must submit a company profile and receive organiser approval before purchasing. A visible purchase button does not confirm admission, so check the application process carefully. Further releases of sold-out pass types and actual remaining quantities have not been confirmed.

Arrange your meetings in advance

The Meeting Tool on Slush Platform lets you search for participants, startups, investors and speakers, and request meetings. According to the official FAQ, meetings in the Meeting Area run in 25-minute slots. Choose the people you want to meet and prepare a short introduction and questions to help you plan your route between stage programmes and meetings.

Tickets are non-refundable. To reassign a ticket to someone else, you must do so before the event and before the badge has been printed, using the Tickets menu on Slush Platform. If the person attending changes, check both the meeting schedule and the name assigned to the ticket.

Bring photo ID and check the timetable

The venue address is Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki. Photo ID is required when collecting your badge and wristband. You can collect them in advance at Helsinki Airport from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on November 16 and 17, or at the main venue. Your badge and wristband must be worn throughout the event and afterparty.

Doors open at 8 a.m. on both main-event days, and close at 6 p.m. on November 18. The afterparty starts at 6 p.m. on November 19 and ends at 2 a.m. the following day, November 20. It is open only to Slush ticket holders aged 18 or older. All times are Helsinki local time, so leave enough room in your accommodation and return-travel plans for the final evening.

Plan your arrival route

The organisers recommend public transport and provide a route taking tram 2 from Pasila station. Taxis and ride-hailing vehicles should use the north entrance at Ratapihantie 17. Agree on your meeting point and entrance in advance so you can arrive with time to spare before your first meeting.

Check the official guidance before your visit.
