|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EV01 / staffing | Fictional EV-v2 §3; published weight 20, unchanged | A proposal pp23–25; STAFF-v2 | The bidder supplied role responsibilities, a shift roster and replacement contact arrangements. | How is unfinished work handed over at a shift change? / Q-EV01 | A replied at 2026-11-06 14:10 and supplied the SHIFT-v1 handover log. | Evidence for managing shift handover was confirmed. Record the score only on the official score sheet. | Evaluator Lee / NOTE-v1 14:20 |
| EV02 / load-in | Fictional EV-v2 §4; published weight 15 | B proposal p31; LOAD-v1 | The proposal lists vehicle times but not when shared routes will be occupied. | How are route occupancy and the next supplier coordinated? / Q-EV02 | B replied at 2026-11-06 14:30: the teams would coordinate onsite. No schedule was supplied. | The material does not show how the clash will be resolved. Ask further questions only if the evaluation procedure permits. | Evaluator Lee / NOTE-v1 14:40 |
| EV02-R1 / record closure | Keep EV-v2 criteria; do not add criteria during evaluation | B p31 and original Q-EV02 reply | The official response record contains no additional schedule. | Confirmed that common question Q-EV02 was applied to A and B. | QA-v2 closes 2026-11-06 15:00 | Include the missing evidence in the final reason; do not invent a plan on the bidder’s behalf. | Evaluation lead Jeong / NOTE-v2 filed 15:20 |
