Use this for
Use before and after posting on an existing Business Profile, and after schedule, sold-out or booking-link changes.

When to use it

Use before and after posting on an existing Business Profile, and after schedule, sold-out or booking-link changes.

Venue permission and separate profile eligibility are different. Check actual account status and public screens; do not confuse visibility with booking results.

When to use it

Check approval before posting and the public result afterwards; update schedule and booking-status changes.

What to have ready

  • Profile eligibility and owner or authorised-representative evidence
  • Approved schedule and time zone
  • Booking links, sales status and audience wording
  • Actual account post status and mobile public screens
  1. Record post ID, profile and owner, then confirm required authority.

  2. Compare start and finish times, URL and conditions with the approved register.

  3. Record submission, review status and public-screen evidence separately.

  4. Coordinate schedule, cancellation and sold-out updates and record who will recheck and when.
