Exhibition Move-out and Freight Collection Check
Check packed quantities, accepted paperwork, carrier check-in and physical collection separately for each destination. If collection is delayed, record where the goods remain, how many are left and who will stay to check them.

- Use this for
- Use one row per destination and collecting carrier. When quantities or carriers change, retain the earlier row and link the new paperwork and collection receipt.
When to use it
Use one row per destination and collecting carrier. When quantities or carriers change, retain the earlier row and link the new paperwork and collection receipt.
Package counts, deadlines, carriers, handovers and approvals are fictional. This does not replace an official MHA, BOL or receipt. Check the show contractor’s required documents, deadlines and uncollected-freight terms first.

When to use it
Prepare during move-out planning. Continue from packing completion through physical collection and handover of any goods left on site.
What to have ready
- The show’s move-out instructions, required forms and carrier check-in deadline
- Packing lists, labels and confirmed bookings by destination
- On-site contractor and carrier contacts, plus change-approval procedure
- Collection receipts, paperwork acknowledgements and goods-location records
Group freight by final destination and collecting carrier. Compare packed quantities with labels and booking details.
Record online submission time and document reference separately from the on-site goods acceptance time, location and receiving person. If either is pending, record the outstanding action and owner.
Check actual carrier arrival registration against the deadline. If delayed, record the quantity, location and person staying with uncollected freight.
Obtain approval for carrier changes or rerouting under the contract and show rules. Mark collection complete only after matching revised documents to the final receipt.
