When to use it
For hybrid events, test with the speaker account, equipment and connection intended for the event. Check solo speech separately from overlapping questions and answers.
Signal routing varies by equipment and application; do not copy a different system’s mix-minus setup blindly. Example test times are schedule records, not acoustic acceptance thresholds.

When to use it
At remote-speaker rehearsal and after device or conference-setting changes.
What to have ready
- Speaker privileges, account and actual devices
- Input, mixer, remote-send, room and online route diagram
- Test speech, questions, video audio and recording permission
Assign someone to listen at each position and give them the same test ID.
Test solo speech, turn-taking, overlapping speech and video audio separately.
Change one setting on the affected route at a time. Record what was heard before and after.
Repeat the same test. Give the session lead the routes still on hold and the alternative running plan.
