When to use it
Estimate from the draft script, then update against the final script, fitting tests and onsite RF checks.
A labelled channel is not an RF frequency. A qualified technician sets frequencies and transmitter parameters for the equipment and location.

When to use it
Complete when quoting from a draft script and whenever performers, seating or scene transitions change.
What to have ready
- Scene script and seating plan
- Performer list and simultaneous speakers
- Radio-frequency (RF) coordination report
- Microphone, battery and support-crew quote
Count simultaneous speakers in each scene and assign microphone IDs.
Record who moves or fits microphones between scenes and the time needed.
Mark working microphones separately from failure spares.
After additions, repeat RF and replacement tests. Update the script and purchase order together.
