Compare tools that could change the way you work

Hosted by the organising committee, the exhibition covers a wide range of products, from enterprise software, cloud and SaaS, security, customer relationship and supply chain management, to AI and robotic automation, video production and graphic content. It is a useful place for professionals looking for tools to manage documents and customer information or create content. Decide in advance which existing tools and workflows a new product needs to connect with, and you will find it easier to understand the explanations and ask questions.

On August 18, Electronic Times reported that the Korea AgeTech Association would organise an AgeTech special pavilion at the event. Connecting AI, healthcare, lifecare and digital services with industries serving older people, it is a theme worth exploring if you are planning services for older people.

Free admission, with December 3–4 recommended for general visitors

The exhibition opens from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all three days, with last admission at 4:30 p.m. All times are Korea Standard Time. The organiser will run December 2 as a business day and recommends that general visitors attend on December 3–4. This does not mean general visitors are prohibited from attending on the first day.

Admission is free. The individual preregistration form was open as of November 2, and a QR code is sent through an Alimtalk notification after registration. At the on-site registration desk, verify your identity and collect your admission badge before entering. You can also scan a QR code at the venue to register on your mobile phone.

Programmes to explore alongside the exhibition

December 3AI x SoftWave Summit 2026Stage inside the exhibition hall; detailed participation guidance to be announced
December 3Overseas buyer export meetingsOne-to-one matching between exhibiting companies at their booths and invited buyers
December 4Digital Asset Korea Summit 2026Stage inside the exhibition hall; detailed participation guidance to be announced

The C-level Inner Circle Meetup, taking place from 8 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. on December 3 in COEX Room 402, is a breakfast networking event for exhibiting-company CEOs and executives. A separate application is required, so free exhibition registration does not confirm attendance. The export meetings are also a matching programme connecting companies and buyers, rather than a service through which general visitors can freely book meetings.

Check registration details and exhibiting deadlines

The individual preregistration form asks for your company or school, contact details, areas of interest and purpose of visit. Before registering, read the notices on personal information collection and disclosure to third parties. If you consent to having the QR code on your admission badge scanned at a booth, your information may be shared with that exhibitor.

The official booth application deadline of October 16 has passed. If you want to exhibit, first ask the operations office at 02-2635-0207 whether additional participation is possible. For visitor and general event enquiries, contact the organising committee at 02-2168-9332.

Your visit-planning checklist

  • Narrow your interests to two or three technologies.
  • Plan a general visit for December 3–4, and check your eligibility before choosing business programmes.
  • Prepare the QR code received after preregistration.
  • If attending the meetup or export meetings, check the result of your separate application.
  • Bring a written list of questions.

Plan your visit now.
