Registration and networking begin before the exhibition

Preregistration and evening Night Summit networking are planned for November 9. The exhibition opens at 8:30 am on November 10 at MEO Arena and FIL and finishes at 5 pm on November 12. Distinguish arrival day from the first booth day when planning travel.

Share the assigned exhibition day with your startup team

Startup exhibition days are assigned across November 10, 11 and 12; requests for a particular day are not supported. Check the allocation email that the manager was scheduled to send by October 29 and assign team members to demonstrations and conversations that day. Contact the manager if you cannot find the message.

Use early access to prepare the demonstration

The organiser provides the booth, and startups can enter from 7:30 am on their assigned day. Use the time before general opening to check the product demonstration, screens, materials and account access. Arrange cover so outside meetings do not leave the booth unattended.

Finish your visitor preparations with the app and ID

Registration requires the official app’s QR code and photo identification, and each person must collect their own badge. Complete ticket information in advance and choose sessions from the official schedule. Check the exhibition day of any startup you want to meet, and share team plans in local Lisbon time.
