When to use it
Prepare with the exit plan and update while people leave.
Do not extend one cleared-area report to the entire venue. Exit or transport changes require the appropriate venue or transport operator’s confirmation.

When to use it
Prepare before closing announcements and update until audience movement and area handovers are complete.
What to have ready
- Finish time, exit/transport plan and current service information
- Area plan, observers and access-support owners
- Venue area-release procedure and emergency contacts
Assign route IDs from audience space to outside transport and link operating-time evidence.
Record actual observation times for remaining people, assistance and route condition.
Report and act on congestion under the site plan; do not improvise exit closures or transport changes.
Hand only the areas released by the venue authority to work teams, and transfer remaining assistance to named owners.
