When to use it

When assigning delivery after sponsorship signature and before reporting fulfilment.

What to have ready

  • Signed contract with media, dates and quantities
  • Sponsor-approved artwork and copy deadlines
  • Actual publications, cue recordings and send logs
  1. Give each contractual benefit a row, with the person delivering it and the asset deadline.

  2. Record the date or programme segment and where its photo, recording or send evidence is stored.

  3. Keep missing benefits visible. Obtain written agreement for a remedy instead of making a substitution yourself.

  4. State whether the sponsor acknowledged receipt, accepted delivery or requested further discussion.
