Ticket Cancellation and Refund Check
Record ticket cancellation, refund approval and the money actually returned for each order. The fictional examples show a completed KRW 11,000 return, a failed KRW 10,000 transfer awaiting retry, and cancellation of a free invitation.
An order-by-order record showing completed refunds, retries and checks still needed.

- Use this for
- Use for event cancellations, partial refunds and duplicate-payment corrections. Record the evidence of money returned for each card, bank or on-site payment.
When to use it
Use for event cancellations, partial refunds and duplicate-payment corrections. Record the evidence of money returned for each card, bank or on-site payment.
Example amounts are fictional, not refund entitlements or fee rules. Approval does not mean the money has been returned. Do not enter bank account or card numbers in this shared list.

When to use it
Use when selecting orders for cancellation refunds and when checking each day’s refund results.
What to have ready
- Orders, payments and the list of tickets to cancel
- Approved refund amounts and the cancellation notice version
- Processor or bank records of requests, completed returns and failures
Use the order reference to match the original payment to the cancelled ticket.
Enter the approved amount and refund request reference. Do not mark a request as a completed return.
Compare the provider’s result with the record confirming that money was returned.
Check the first request’s status before retrying a failed return. Keep free-invitation cancellations out of money-refund totals.
What the workbook can calculate
- Calculate expected receipts from total sales, refunds and fees.
- Compare actual receipts with the expected amount and check for unpaid amounts or missing inputs.
Enter your actual values in the Calculation sheet. The Calc example sheet uses a fictional scenario separate from the worked example in the records sheet. Formulas cover the 20 prepared rows, so extend their references if you add rows. Empty cells are treated as missing inputs. A calculation does not authorise an order, confirm safety or approve a payment; those decisions still need the responsible person’s approval.
